What forms of payments do you accept?
Snapshot Pictures uses PayPal to handle all of our transactions. But you do not need a PayPal account to purchase from us. After checking out from our site, you will be directed to PayPal to complete payment. If you have a PayPal account, you can log in and go straight to the "Pay Now" option. If you do not have a PayPal account, you select a payment method and type in your information.
PayPal accepts most major credit cards, e-checks, and bank transfers.
What is Online Proofing?
After a photography session with Snapshot Pictures, you will receive a special Event Code. After a short processing time (usually no more than 24hrs) you can visit the website, type in your event code, and browse the images we took. You can try out different options such as black&white. You can select the images you wish buy and what sizes you would like them to be. Create an order, pay for it, and track the shipment all in our automated Online Proofing gallery.
Can I see a demo of the proofing gallery?
Absolutely! Normally you would enter your unique event code after a photo shoot. We have setup a demonstration proofing gallery so you can see what ordering prints looks like. In this example the customer would have been given the event code "demo"
My Gallery Expired. What now?
Pictures in our proofing gallery will remain avaliable for 30 days. After that, they are removed from the server. If you need to place an order with images from a closed gallery, Contact Us with the name of the gallery you wish to open.
There is a $10 fee to reopen a closed gallery.
